At the same time, everyone in my orbit has been clobbered multiple times over by Covid and other viruses, I haven't been sick once in the past three years that I have been using this fantastic blend. This elderberry elixir has helped me and my family through many cold North Eastern winters in the city. It is sweet and very potent, so only a bit is needed to take daily to activate the body's immune system to meet the challenges of the ever changing environment around us. The elderberry alone is so powerful, but this elixir has so much more. Most importantly, my children loved it and anticipated a morning ritual like a sweet treat, taking a spoon of Mama Earth's abundance to set their minds to meet their days like strong warriors.
